I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and Supervisor offering face to face and online therapy to individual clients aged 18+. Talking to somebody about how you feel can be a very rewarding experience. Whatever it is, anxiety, depression, bereavement or grief, work related stress, relationship issues or just a general sense of malaise, we can talk through it all in a safe and non judgmental space.

About me and my practice

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and Supervisor offering both face to face and online therapy to individual clients aged 18+.

Talking to somebody about how you feel can be a very rewarding experience. Whatever it is, anxiety, depression, bereavement or grief, work related stress, relationship issues or just a general sense of malaise, we can talk through it all in a safe, empathic and non judgemental space.

At times we battle with an emotion such as anxiety, or a fear/phobia and we can't quite put our finger on why? We may be able to see that a pattern of some sort has occurred throughout our lives, mostly within our relationships, but again we don't understand why.

By forming a therapeutic relationship, based on absolute trust, we will work together at whatever pace you feel most comfortable with. I very much believe that everybody is an individual and the work we do will be unique to your own life events and circumstances.

I am also qualified Supervisor. I work with a diverse client group, offering supervision to both individual and groups

Utilising the Seven Eyed Model of Supervision and various other supervision models, I am able to provide a holistic view, support, validation and insight into you and your client work.

I thoroughly enjoy working collaboratively with my supervisees and very much work on the basis of how important the relationship between supervisor and supervisee is, learning from each other and working toward the greater good of our clients and ourselves.

I offer a free 15 min telephone chat, this helps us get to know each other a little prior to potentially setting up our first session. Experience

I have been working in private practice for 5 years, seeing a diverse group of clients through the years. I have a special interest in trauma and phobias and am a trained Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, as well as Reiki Master. I continue to train on an ongoing basis and have attended continuous professional development in the below areas:

£60.00 for 50 minute Counselling session
£75.00 for 1.5Hr Supervision session
